Low-Carb Turkey Burgers
- 450 g (1 lb) ground turkey
- 1 1/2 scallion
- 2 tsp cilantro
- sea salt, to taste
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 garlic clove
- juice of 1/2 lime
In a bowl, combine all ingredients; the turkey, scallion, cilantro, salt, red pepper flakes, garlic, and lime juice. And mix, with your hands, until well combined.
Use your hands to form the mixture into 4 patties.
Put a pan on medium-high heat, and cook the patties for about 5 minutes per side.
