Low-Carb Turkey Burgers⁠

Ingredients

  • 450 g (1 lb) ground turkey⁠
  • 1 1/2 scallion⁠
  • 2 tsp cilantro⁠
  • sea salt, to taste⁠
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes ⁠
  • 1 garlic clove⁠
  • juice of 1/2 lime⁠

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients; the turkey, scallion, cilantro, salt, red pepper flakes, garlic, and lime juice. And mix, with your hands, until well combined. ⁠
  2. Use your hands to form the mixture into 4 patties.⁠
  3. Put a pan on medium-high heat, and cook the patties for about 5 minutes per side.⁠
