Low-Carb Chocolate Truffles


  • 100 ml heavy cream, unsweetened (or full-fat coconut milk)
  • 150 g dark (at least 78%) chocolate, chopped
  • 50 g butter, in cubes
  • Cocaopowder



  1. Heat 100 ml heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Turn of the heat, add chopped chocolate and butter, and stir until well combined.
  2. Set the mixture in the refridgerator to cool for at least 2 hours.
  3. Once the chocolate mixture is completely cooled, use 2 teaspoons to form little truffle balls.
  4. Cover the truffles in cocao powder, so that they’re evenly covered.
  5. Store in the refridgerator.
