A homemade avocado-cottage cheese spread, with lots of protein and healthy fats!
Perfect on low-carb bread, crackers or to use as a dip with some veggies.
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
- dash of lemon juice
- pepper and salt to taste
- chives, fresh
- optional : chili flakes or tomato
- Add the avocado, cottage cheese, lemon juice, chives in a bowl and use a mixer (or blender) to create a smooth creamy spread. Add salt and pepper to taste
- Transfer the avocado-cottage cheese spread to a serving bowl and some fresh chives on top.
