A homemade avocado-cottage cheese spread, with lots of protein and healthy fats!

Perfect on low-carb bread, crackers or to use as a dip with some veggies. 

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese
  • dash of lemon juice
  • pepper and salt to taste
  • chives, fresh
  • optional : chili flakes or tomato


Instructions

  • Add the avocado, cottage cheese, lemon juice, chives in a bowl and use a mixer (or blender) to create a smooth creamy spread. Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Transfer the avocado-cottage cheese spread to a serving bowl and some fresh chives on top.
