My program does not follow a one-size-fits all approach or an A to Z list with advice you simply adopt. I provide you with the tools to find a lifestyle and diet that suits you. That makes you feel good. And that feels like second nature to you. Because losing weight is great, but if you do it in a way that’s not sustainable, you will be back to square one in no time.

During 6 weeks, I will guide you step by step to a healthy relationship with food and with yourself!

For women who want to experience the low-carb benefits (Hello, weight loss, improved sleep, energy, and mental clarity!). For women who have tried it all – yes, also when you’ve tried low-carb or keto before – and are still struggling with their weight. And for women who are so focussed on their weight loss, that it affects their mood and self-worth.

After this program, you’ll know how to nourish your body with the right foods, work with (instead of against) your satiety and hunger signals, how to interpret your blood results to get to the root causes of your health challenges, and how to deal with emotional eating, so that you can finally reach your ideal weight. 

When you’re not ready for change. Because although my approach is very gentle, it does take time and effort to change your habits. If there’s too much going on in your life right now, then I would advise  to wait until you feel you’re ready (not 100%, because you never will be 😉 but let’s say for 80%)

That won’t be a problem. All the webinars are prerecorded, so you can watch and go through them at your own pace.  Also, all the content is available for 10 weeks (4 more weeks after the program’s official end date). The only thing I would recommend is to introduce yourself in the private Instagram chat, so you get to meet the other Well + Nourished women.
