Summer is around the corner, and since the sun is shining more often and it’s getting warmer outside. This high protein, low-carb smoothie bowl is everything you want and more! 

Ingredients 

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk powder
  •  full-fat coconut milk
  • cinnamon, to taste
  • chiaseeds

 

Toppings: 

  • Strawberries
  • Dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • More cinnamon

 

Directions

  1. Put the protein powder, psyllium husk powder, milk and cinnamon in a blender, and mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Scoop the mixture in a bowl and mix in the chiaseeds.
  3. Top the smoothie bowl with toppings of choice, we used strawberries, dark chocolate, almond butter and cinnamon.
