Summer is around the corner, and since the sun is shining more often and it’s getting warmer outside. This high protein, low-carb smoothie bowl is everything you want and more!
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tsp psyllium husk powder
- full-fat coconut milk
- cinnamon, to taste
- Dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- More cinnamon
- Put the protein powder, psyllium husk powder, milk and cinnamon in a blender, and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Scoop the mixture in a bowl and mix in the chiaseeds.
- Top the smoothie bowl with toppings of choice, we used strawberries, dark chocolate, almond butter and cinnamon.
