Online 6-Week Group Program

Of course, we focus on all things nutrition, but I also emphasise the importance of your lifestyle (e.g. stress, sleep) and your mindset. This online group program includes all the tools to break free from the toxic diet cycle, including the proven strategies that I implement with my one-on-one clients, weekly webinars, low-carb recipes, guided meditations AND an instagram group for daily support.

Well + Nourished starts on Monday, March 1 with one international and one Dutch group. Please note that there are only 10 spots available per group, because I want to keep the groups small and personal.

Most frequent questions and answers

For women who want to experience the low-carb benefits (Hello, weight loss, improved sleep, energy, and mental clarity!). For women who have tried it all – yes, also when you’ve tried low-carb or keto before – and are still struggling with their weight. And for women who are so focussed on their weight loss, that it affects their mood and self-worth.

After this program, you’ll know how to nourish your body with the right foods, work with (instead of against) your satiety and hunger signals, how to interpret your blood results to get to the root causes of your health challenges, and how to deal with emotional eating, so that you can finally reach your ideal weight. 

When you’re not ready for change. Because although my approach is very gentle, it does take time and effort to change your habits. If there’s too much going on in your life right now, then I would advise  to wait until you feel you’re ready (not 100%, because you never will be 😉 but let’s say for 80%)

That won’t be a problem. All the webinars are prerecorded, so you can watch and go through them at your own pace.  Also, all the content is available for 10 weeks (4 more weeks after the program’s official end date). The only thing I would recommend is to introduce yourself in the private Instagram chat, so you get to meet the other Well + Nourished women.
