Double Chocolate Low-Carb Brownies

If low-carb, sugar-free, gluten-free AND dairy-free brownies can still be perfectly gooey? ABSOLUTELY 🔥

Ingredients (10 servings)

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 mL full-fat coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp almond butter
  • 125 g erythritol
  • 100 g coconut oil, melted
  • 50 g coconut flour
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • 120 g dark chocolate (>78%) or sugar-free chocolate, chopped (I used KetoCacao Dark chocolate)



  • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) degrees.
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Beat egg, and mix together with coconut milk, almond butter, sweetener and melted coconut oil. Mix well until the sweetener is thoroughly incorporated.
  • Add the coconut flour, cocoa powder, salt and vanilla, and stir until smooth. Lightly mix in the chopped chocolate.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking dish and smooth with a spatula.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until just set. It’s important to not overbake to prevent the brownies from being dry.
  • Let cool for 30 minutes before cutting.
